PLI works in tandem with Mercedes-AMG engineers to co-design the V6 hybrid Formula One engine and develops fuels, lubricants and functional fluids that power the Silver Arrows.

Position

This role combines Customer Service excellence with proactive Sales Support. It is responsible for managing customer orders, inquiries, and complaints while actively supporting sales activities and revenue growth.

The position acts as a key link between customers, dealers, Sales, and Operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient order processing, and strong commercial performance..

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints via email, phone, and EDI
• Provide information on pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines
• Monitor order progress and proactively address potential risks
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring professional and timely communication
• Support sales activities and help convert inquiries into orders
• Assist with contract management and pricing processes
• Handle complaints end-to-end and escalate critical issues when needed
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvements
• Support team members and share knowledge within the team

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or similar roles
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and communication skills
• Ability to balance customer experience with operational and commercial priorities
• Experience in order management, pricing, and customer handling
• Contract management knowledge is an advantage
• Good understanding of sales processes
• SAP/CRM knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English and German (C1/C2 required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Proposed offer level

• Employment type: 3-month probation period, fixed-term (12-18 months) followed by permanent contract (upon positive evaluation)
• Annual base salary: PLN 95,000-120,000 (paid in 12 installments)
• Annual bonus: STIP - 8% of base salary (subject to company results and internal policy)
