Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls in German;
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences, building trust and confidence;
• Understand client needs, diagnose IT issues remotely, and propose tailored solutions;
• Present and close subscription-based services;
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in German;
• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (tech or call center background is a plus);
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills;
• Motivation, adaptability, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment;
• Availability to work full-time from our Sofia office.
