Responsibilities:
- Manage Owner inquiries via calls, emails, and online channels
- Assist with flight reservations, changes, and inquiries
- Provide accurate information on airports, restrictions, and documents
- Input and confirm reservations promptly and accurately
- Proactively communicate with Owners regarding potential issues
- Resolve conflicts and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or call center environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
