As a Legal Ops Specialist, you’ll review and process legal requests like privacy claims and fraud in a tech-savvy back-office role. You’ll work with digital tools and develop key skills while enjoying everything Lisbon has to offer.

What You’ll Do:

Process and review incoming legal requests (privacy claims, fraud, etc.).
Use digital tools to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with client policies and ensure top-quality responses.
Focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.

Who You Are:

A native or fluent German speaker with strong English skills.
New to the workforce—no prior legal experience needed.
Tech-savvy and excited to work with digital tools.
Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Eager to live and work in Lisbon while advancing your career!
