Native German (DE) VIP Manager

Working as a VIP manager doesn't suit everyone but for those who enjoy it, it becomes a way of life - and you can earn a really good wage!

We are looking for iGaming industry professionals who loveengaging with players and are extremely results oriented.Being a native German speakeris a requirement for this role, and you must have at least 2 years' experience within igaming, of which one year must be within VIP Management for the German (DE) market.

Basic salary from €28-38K + comprehensive bonus scheme of up to 50% ! This means you can earn up to €57K.

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
• Identify potential VIP clients
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients
• Assess and resolve clients' issues
• Meet VIP players for streamed and live events
• Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
• Meet or exceed KPI targets
• Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Native-speakerin German, both written and spoken
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A minimum of 2 years experience of working within igaming, of which 1 year or more inVIP management
• 1+ year experience of working with VIP players active on the German (DE) market

About this role

• Our client is a rapidly expanding casino & sportsbook and is claiming an increasing market-share of the German market.
• Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus, Sofia, Bulgaria, or Mriehel, Malta
• Up to €38K basic starting salary
• Comprehensive bonus scheme of 50% bonus on KPIs applicable after 3 months' training and trial

• This role is NOT available on a remote or hybrid-remote basis but is FULLY office-based.
