Policy Administration Specialist with German

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Policy Administration team. We're seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy administrative work, can manage their tasks efficiently, and are interested in supporting the management of insurance contracts and day-to-day communication with clients and partners.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing insurance contracts in internal systems (renewals, updates, cancellations)
• Monitoring receivables and ensuring smooth communication within the team
• Responding to emails and handling requests from clients, partners, and internal departments
• Communicating with business partners and customers
• Supporting the administration of the business network (e.g. authority registrations, access management)
• Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

What you'll bring:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High level of reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet tools
• Native Czech or Polish with German at B2 level or above
• English level at B2 level or above
