Job Description

Tipico is looking for a Product Tracking Specialist to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas and develop products that maximise the thrill of sports for our customers. Every day, you’ll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.

Your playing field:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Managers to define KPI and reporting requirements, create tracking tickets, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap
• Test and validate tracking implementations, including debugging and close collaboration with developers
• Build and deliver KPI reports for both A/B tests and product roadmap releases, ensuring results are clear, reliable, and aligned with business goals
• Take ownership of analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory (or similar), Google Tag Manager (client & server-side), and Google Search Console, including marketing pixels and scripts
• Ensure all tracking configurations are scalable, standardized, and aligned with best practices
• Validate data accuracy by cross-checking with external sources such as Data Warehouse, ad platforms, and third-party tools
• Conduct regular data audits, troubleshoot reporting issues and tracking anomalies, and collaborate with internal teams or vendors to resolve them

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical product analytics or tracking role
• Tools. Strong expertise with Google Tag Manager (client & server-side), analytics and behavioural tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory (or similar), and marketing pixels; knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus
• Technical Skills. Practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging and implementation
• Data Skills. Intermediate SQL and BI tool proficiency; advanced SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus for dataset creation, reporting, analysis, and validation
• Reporting Excellence. Proven ability to deliver KPI reporting for both A/B tests and product roadmap initiatives
• Business Acumen. Strong understanding of business goals and product KPIs, with the ability to translate data into compelling KPI storytelling
