Join a Swedish scale-up reshaping how SMBs across Europe ship their goods. From a Gothenburg HQ, they've built a smart logistics platform that helps thousands of businesses save time and money. They're scaling fast, and need ambitious German-speaking Sales Executives to help win the DACH market.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive (SE), you'll take over from the SDRs and run the full sales cycle, from demo to close. You'll work with qualified leads, present the product, negotiate, and win new business. This is a role for someone ready to own their numbers and build a strong book of business.
What You'll Do
- Run discovery calls and demos with qualified German-speaking leads
- Own the full sales cycle, from first meeting to signed contract
- Build and manage your pipeline in HubSpot
- Collaborate with SDRs to ensure smooth handovers and strong conversion
- Hit, and beat monthly targets
Who You Are
- Native or fluent German speaker, with strong English
- 1+ year of B2B or B2C sales experience
- Confident running your own sales cycle end-to-end
- Hungry, competitive, and driven by results
- Ready and motivated to relocate to Gothenburg, Sweden for at least 2–3 years
What's on Offer
- Base salary: 25,000 SEK/month · OTE: 45,000–50,000 SEK/month
- Commission: 5% of new GMV (first 30 days) + per closed deal
- Relocation package: 15,000 SEK (flights + temporary accommodation) + admin support
- Permanent contract with 6-month probation period
- 30 vacation days
- Private health and accident insurance
- 4.5% pension contribution
- Wellness allowance: 3,000 SEK/year
- Parental pay top-up
- 1 month of tailored onboarding
- Gothenburg office, on-site 4 days/week
