The mission: make shipping simple, affordable, and transparent, and they're scaling their German-speaking sales team to power expansion into DACH.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers in the German market. You'll open doors, spark conversations, and book high-quality demos for the Sales Executives. This is a high-energy, high-volume role, perfect for someone who thrives on the phone and loves the thrill of the chase.
What You'll Do
- Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to prospects in the DACH region
- Qualify leads and book demo meetings for Sales Executives
- Work closely with SEs to ensure smooth handovers and a strong pipeline
- Track your activity and performance in HubSpot
- Continuously sharpen your pitch, product knowledge, and sales skills
Who You Are
- Native or fluent German speaker, with strong English
- Junior to mid-level, hungry, competitive, and motivated, with fire in your eyes
- Comfortable on the phone and energised by high-volume outreach
- Eager to grow into a full sales career
- Ready and motivated to relocate to Gothenburg, Sweden for at least 2–3 years
What's on Offer
- Base salary: 25,000 SEK/month · OTE: 42,000–45,000 SEK/month
- Commission per qualified demo booked and completed
- Relocation package: 15,000 SEK (flights + temporary accommodation) + admin support
- Permanent contract with 6-month probation period
- 30 vacation days

- 4.5% pension contribution
- Wellness allowance: 3,000 SEK/year
- Parental pay top-up
- 1 month of tailored onboarding
- Gothenburg office, on-site 4 days/week
