Job Summary

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join an international customer support operation based in Lisbon. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting German-speaking customers across multiple service channels. The position operates on rotational shifts and offers a competitive compensation package, including a €3,000 Welcome Bonus.

What You Will Do

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Resolve issues professionally, following defined procedures and quality standards
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer cases

Working Hours & Schedule

Initial Phase:

• Monday to Sunday
• Rotational shifts between 07:00 - 23:00
• 2 rotational days off per week

Requirements

• Native or C2-level German (mandatory)
• English B2 level or higher
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills and confidence using CRM systems
• Legal authorization to work in Portugal
